Welcome to the Kite Collective website. We are a kite display group formed in 2006 from former members of Flying Circus, a well known and respected kite events management group.

For the 2008 season, we have re-structured the KC Team. The main fliers are Dave Holt, Dazzz Smith & Karen George and Peter & Sarah Bindon.

Kite Displays

As Flying Circus and Kite Collective we had previously concentrated on flying the Team's display kites like Evans the Octopus, our 8m Bol, and Jordan Airform.

With the new structure to the Team we will bring a whole new dimension to our kite displays. Dave, Dazzz, Karen, Peter and Sarah own a great number of display kites collected over the years. This extends the range of kites we will fly and show off to the public.

We look forward to seeing you during the kite flying season and hope you enjoy our displays. We still have a few dates left so if anyone is interested in booking us, please see our contacts page. We are available for kite festivals and displays as well as corporate events.

History

After a number of years as Flying Circus, the Team moved away from event management in 2006 to concentrate on displaying as a flying group once again under the name of Kite Collective.

At the end of 2007, a number of members wished to take a back seat and so Kite Collective became a five person team. However whilst our old-KC friends, Oran and Barbara Barnes, Chris and Karen Hare, Steve Palmer, Lynne Robinson, and Gary Sumnall, are not part of the main display team you may well see them fly with us at some events in the future.
